Personal Experiments

Scaling Human Experiments is my collection of exploratory projects for learning and personal use. It is not a paid product or subscription service. Some experiments are shared as free apps, sideload builds, source artifacts, or documentation; others remain private.

Explore the project directory for each experiment's scope, available artifacts, and links.

The website repository maintains the public pages, privacy and support. The experiments repository keeps shared artifacts and downloads; private implementations are maintained separately.

Available experiments

• Food Scanner — food-photo analysis on iPhone, with an optional Google Glass companion. Free on the App Store.
• Glasshole AI — conversation transcription, summaries, and AI-assisted claim checking on iPhone, with an optional Glass companion. Free on the App Store.
• Kids Meal Mode — a personal/family Fire TV and Android TV meal-prompt experiment, available as a sideload build.
• Local AI game experiment — an offline local-model experiment that produced a self-contained browser game.

The Google Glass companions and installation guide are available in the experiments repository. Private iPhone source is maintained separately. AI estimates and claim checks can be wrong; use recording features only with participant consent and in accordance with applicable laws.

In development

• Book Cricket — a nostalgic page-flip cricket game.
• Smart Ring Local — an independent personal-use project for direct Oura Ring 4 Bluetooth to iPhone, with local storage. Native app and device validation are pending.
• Smart Strap Local — an independent personal-use project for direct WHOOP 5.0 Bluetooth to iPhone, with local storage. Native app and device validation are pending.

Learning and upstream projects

This account also includes forks and reference material for studying AI systems, local computing, software architecture and hardware. A fork preserves its upstream project's identity and license; it is not automatically a Scaling Human app. Projects I maintain are listed in the directory above.
