HAYS Match helps recruitment consultants connect candidates with job offers. Consultants build a shared base of CVs and offers: for every new offer, the tool finds the compatible CVs, and for every new CV, the compatible offers. Each match comes with a score, a written summary of strengths and gaps, and quick follow-up actions. It was designed and built during an internship at Hays.

Features
- Two-way matching: a new offer finds compatible CVs, a new CV finds compatible offers.
- Fast import: offers from a link, a screenshot or pasted text; CVs from a PDF or pasted text; duplicates detected automatically.
- Explained results: a compatibility score, written strengths and gaps, and quick actions such as drafting the email or updating the candidate's status.
- Job monitoring: automations that browse company career sites and bring back the new offers that match the consultant's criteria.
- Shared workspace: one space per company, full-text search, a feed of what's new and AI usage limits per company.
- Security and compliance: Microsoft and Google sign-in, encryption of sensitive data and GDPR pages.
