Follow these steps to finish the setup:

Save the file to your "Downloads" folder.
Right-click the folder you just downloaded and select "Extract All."
Open the extracted folder and run the setup file named "install-skills.bat" by double-clicking it.

A console window will open and guide you through the process. Wait until the window shows "Setup Complete" before you close it.
