AI Native Dev 纽约线下活动:多智能体编码与 AI 驱动开发流水线
AI Native Dev - New York
You've gone from one coding agent to a handful, and they're all committing to the same repo at once. Agile wasn't built for that. Neither was most of your pipeline.
If you're steering a fleet of agents through a single codebase, watching your process bend in ways nobody planned for, and you want to hear how other people are actually handling it, then this meetup is for you. No product pitches, all experience from the trenches.
If you're at the Lead Dev NYC, this is the perfect after-party.
Kindly hosted by the awesome folks at clay.com.

Building Your Dark Factory: Engineering the Future of AI-Powered Development
Harness engineering is emerging as a new core competency for agentic engineers. Discover how Tessl is architecting a self-optimizing development pipeline, and what it means for engineering teams everywhere.
Sahil Deshmukh, Member of Technical Staff at Tessl
Sahil is a Member of Technical Staff at Tessl, where he works across product and engineering on the systems and workflows that help developers build with AI agents.
Previously, he contributed to product and engineering efforts for MongoDB’s Relational Migrator, focusing on data and migration infrastructure improvements.
Sahil loves solving meaningful and challenging problems. He is deeply committed to learning, especially from all the amazing teams and communities he works with and is trying share those learnings with the wider developer community.
Steer-pocolypse: Multi-agent coding agents are reinventing (and breaking) Agile
Abstract: When coding agents operate concurrently inside a single repository, the real complexity becomes continuous steering and trajectory alignment. This talk dissects the control-plane challenges of keeping autonomous agents conflict-free and productively aligned in real-world development.
Guy Eisenkot, Co-Founder & CEO, Baz
Guy Eisenkot is the Co-Founder and CEO of Baz, building an AI-powered code review platform focused on real-time conflict resolution. Previously, he led the AppSec business at Palo Alto Networks under Prisma Cloud and co-founded Bridgecrew, where he developed Checkov, a widely used open-source IaC scanner before its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks. Guy is dedicated to using AI to streamline developer workflows and simplify modular code integration across distributed systems.
