CoIsland:把开发告警和编码智能体收进一个 Inbox
Show HN: CoIsland – Bring dev alerts and coding agents into one Inbox
CoIsland 是一款原生 macOS 应用,把 35+ 工具的开发告警汇聚到屏幕边缘的一个 Inbox,并可直接把告警交给 Claude Code、Codex 或 Cortex Code 处理。
CoIsland
Your whole engineering stack. One island.
The CoIsland film. Requests from its users appear one by one, each marked as added: Cursor, Mistral Vibe, a choice of screen, a folder and agents for each monitor. GitHub Actions and Sentry fill up, and the island at the edge of the screen keeps only what needs you. A failed deploy goes from the Inbox to an agent, one of Claude Code, Codex, Cortex Code, Mistral Vibe and Cursor; it finds the undefined price, gets the build passing, and asks before it acts. One key moves through the Inbox, from CI to errors to questions, until each is resolved. Your keys stay on your Mac, with no CoIsland server and no account. CoIsland: work with AI, stay in control.
Set up in minutes.
Then stop checking tabs.
No server and no account: CoIsland talks to your tools straight from your Mac.
-
1Download CoIsland
Drag it into Applications and open it.
A short tour shows you the island, then lets you work a demo alert.
-
2Add a connector
Pick a tool, paste its token and test it.
Tokens stay in the macOS Keychain, on your Mac.
-
3Create a monitor
Start from an example, or ask in the tool's own language.
When it fires, it lands in the island.
35+ connectors.
One place to look.
-
Your stack, whatever it is
One connector per tool, from code and deploys to data, tickets and on-call. 35+ today; more on the way.
-
Watch anything
A build, a table, a ticket, an inbox, a web page or a script of your own: one query in the tool's own language, checked on the schedule you pick.
-
Signal, not noise
Only what fired, with its rows and notes. New, acknowledged, resolved: you decide when it moves.
-
See what earns its place
Each monitor's history, how fast alerts get handled, and which ones are noise.
-
Hand it to an agent
Claude Code, Codex or Cortex Code opens in a terminal under the alert, one click from the island.
-
The whole story, handed over
Facts, query, rows and activity go with the alert.
-
You keep the final say
Safe steps run alone. The rest waits for your yes.
-
Your keys stay on your Mac
Tokens in the macOS Keychain. No server, no account.

Work. Side projects. School. Three islands.
So I brought them all to one island.
I'm an Applied AI Engineer in Montréal. I'm also a software engineering student, and I build side projects most nights. That's three workspaces, each with its own Jira, GitHub, deployments and inbox. Nothing was hard on its own. Keeping track of all of it was.
So I built the one place I was missing: a single view of every workspace, where I already look, at the top of my screen. Every alert, issue and deployment says where it comes from: my job, my project or my coursework. One glance tells me what broke and where, and I act on it right there, or hand it to an AI agent while I keep the final say. For the experience, and even this website, I took a lot of inspiration from Codenotch and One.
I've run my days from the island for more than two months. Nothing slips between workspaces anymore, and I no longer pay the tab-switching tax. If it does the same for you, or doesn't, write to me. I read every message.
On my own island every day since July 2026

Questions
Which tools does CoIsland connect to?
35+ today, each through its own connector: your data (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt), your code and deploys (GitHub, Vercel), your issues (Jira, Linear, Notion), your on-call (Sentry, PagerDuty, Datadog), and your mail and calendar. The full list is on the Connectors page; more are on the way.
Can I ask for a connector?
Yes: write to hello@coisland.app with the tool you use and what you would watch in it.
Can an AI agent act on an alert?
Hand an alert to Claude Code, Codex or Cortex Code: the agent opens in a terminal under the alert, with the whole alert as its first message. Claude Code and Codex run in their auto mode, doing what is safe and asking you for the rest; Cortex Code asks before it acts. No agent closes an alert: you do.
Does my data go through a CoIsland server?
No. There is no CoIsland server: the app talks to your tools directly from your Mac. When you hand an alert to an agent, that agent's own service receives it.
Where are my credentials stored?
Every connector's token is kept in the macOS Keychain. Snowflake connections can be imported from ~/.snowflake, the files the Snowflake CLI and Cortex Code use, which CoIsland never writes.
How often does a monitor check?
Each monitor runs on its own schedule, such as every 30 seconds or every 5 minutes.
What do I need?
A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 14 or later. It does not run on Intel Macs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days of Pro, with every monitor and every feature. Stripe takes your card and charges nothing until the trial ends; cancel before, and you pay nothing.
How much does it cost?
$12.99 a month, or $9.99 a month billed yearly, after a 7-day free trial; or Lifetime, paid once, from $99. Pro includes every update while you subscribe, and you can cancel any time. Lifetime includes every update for good, for up to 2 Macs, with 30 days to change your mind: a refund in one click.
Work with AI. Stay in control.
Start for free, or Lifetime from $99. Native for Apple Silicon, macOS 14 and later.
