Description

On 9 October 2026 Ava Lovelace Zeno (Ava) played all 25 public games of ARC-AGI-3 on the ARC Prize game server, on one scorecard. Ava won all 25 games and completed all 183 levels in 7,372 actions, against 17,135 for the human baseline. The server scored the run 100.0.

Ava is a hand-crafted agent. It uses no language model, no neural network and no trained weights, and runs on one laptop CPU. It sees only the 64x64 screen, is never told which game it is playing, holds no stored solutions, and starts every game with an empty memory.

Files: the paper (PDF, 6 pages); a supplement with every level of every game and a link to the server's replay of each game; a video of all 25 games and one video per game; and a ZIP with the toolkit recordings of every action, step logs, the server's closed scorecard, a script that replays every recording against the public games without the agent, and checksums of every file. All results are on the 25 public ARC-AGI-3 games. Ava's source code is not published.
