What is a publication?
One post delivered to one social account. A post sent to three accounts uses three publications. Retrying the same delivery does not use another one.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 7-day trial only needs a verified email address.
Which networks are supported?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, X and YouTube.
Can I publish Reels and Stories?
Yes, on Instagram and Facebook. Pick Reels, Stories or the regular feed for each network; PostVIA checks the video length and format for the placement you chose before it sends anything.
Will I know if a post did not go out?
Yes. The failed network shows a readable reason, you get a notification and an email, and you can retry only that network. We also email you when an account has to be reconnected and before your trial ends.
Can I change a scheduled post?
Yes. You can move it to a new time, or cancel it to return it to a draft and edit it. Changes close shortly before the scheduled time.
What happens if a network rejects my post?
The other accounts keep their result, and the failed publication is released. You see a readable reason and can retry only the failed accounts.
