      Through an office window: one colleague has an idea, a second sketches it in a notebook, and a third reads it and passes it on.
      The Protolab holds tickets at the prototype stage: those labelled tehas:prototype. Each has a page there with the images, videos and static HTML files attached to it. A ticket joins the line when it is labelled tehas:ready.
