This is Gaussian splats, right? It's a really nice result, the relatively low splat count gives the render a kind of painterly look. How long did it take to fit the splats and what method did you use?

Was not expecting a hand-made sketch.

@fizzer yes, gsplat. around 450 splats. rendering itself is simple as you can guess. Around 10000 iterations and then many iterations to reorder them to lower entropy. A lot of quantization and a small editor to pick and delete 'bad' splats as well.
